If the XA unattached jobs are not in active status, this error message will occur: 


1. On the iSeries main menu, start XA by entering the "MAPICS" command.

2. Select the desired environment. 

3. In Infor XA App Selection, enter the cross application support command ("CAS") or option 8.

4. In the cross application support master menu, select option 3: Maintenance/Change. 

5. In Maintenance/Change, select option 12: Unattached Job Status. 

6. The AMJUA, AMJUB, and AMJUC jobs should be in active status. If these jobs are NOT in active status, use option 1 to start them. 

Once these unattached jobs are started, transactions can be opened up in ATM.
