When a subset shows an employee has conflicts, and a user right clicks the conflicts to display them, the subset listed in conflict is the same one the user is viewing:

ATM lists this subset because this employee has been selected by another subset. The subset in conflict is technically the subset that selected the employee last. Therefore, ATM is working as intended when showing the subset in conflict is the one that is being viewed.

A way around this is viewing the employee through Transaction Inquiry/Maintenance:

In Transaction Inquiry/Maintenance, the user can search by location and employee number to find which subset selected the employee first. This can be confirmed by the transaction number. However, this method requires the user to search one employee at a time.
