Stop the MESBS Subsystem

Execute the following rebuild the individual modules and the Journal Monitor program
Add “PMI_5_4_0” to the library list
ADDLIBLE PMI_5_4_0
TSCRTOBJ ENV(BS) LIBI(PMI_5_4_0) LIBS(MESBS) DLTS(N) TYP(N)
Ensure the 'DLTS' value is "N". This will not delete the Source and Spool Files. If this is set the "Y", the source files in the MESBS library will be deleted.
Ensure the 'TYP' value is "N". This will re-compile the programs only. If you use a value of "A", that will also recreate the TimeStamp files, which we do not want to do in this scenario.
