If an error message is displayed on the ATM PC client screen while performing any functions, a log file was most likely created or updated. This log file can be found in the folder where the ATM PC client is installed on the PC that encountered the error. Default folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Paper-Less, LLC\ATM 5.2.0, but it could be any folder depending upon what was specified when the client was installed.
The file name is ATMERR.LOG. You can search for this file on the PC if you don't know where the ATM PC Client was installed on the machine.
Please Send this file to help desk along with a detailed description and screen shots if possible showing what was being performed when the error was generated.
