If an error message is displayed on the MDCC PC client screen while performing any functions, a log file was most likely created or updated.  This log file can be found in the folder where the MDCC PC client is installed on the PC that encountered the error. Default folder is C:\PLMCQRMS, but it could be any folder depending upon how it was installed.

The file name is PLMCERR.LOG.  You can search for this file on the PC if you don't know where MDCC PC Client was installed on the machine.  


Please Send this file to help desk along with a detailed description and screen shots if possible showing what was being performed when the error was generated.
