EAM3254 ACTION IS NOT VALID - ORDER STATUS IS 45, when attempting to select an order for closeout

Resolution:
Vaild manufacturing order status codes:
    10 Active
40 Some activity has been reported (material issue and/or labor)
45 Material Complete (RM complete) but Shop Activity Reporting open
50 Shop Activity Reporting Complete (OC in Shop Activity) but Material open
55 Order Closed - both material & shop activity reporting complete
To get a Manufacturing Order to a status 55, you must complete it in both IM and PCC. To complete the order in IM, an RM transaction with a 0 qty and completion code of C must be entered. This will take the order from a 40 (activity reported) to a 45 (material complete but labor not) or from a 50 (labor complete but material not) to a 55 (material and labor complete). Then, to complete the order in PCC, all operations must be at a status 40, 50 (if using move transactions, or 00 (inactive). Then do an order complete transaction in PCC Shop Activity Update. This will take an order from a 45 to a 55 or from a 40 to a 50. Once both IM and PCC transactions have been completed, the order will be at a status 55.

NOTE: You must do an order complete transaction in PCC, EVEN IF there are no operations on the manufacturing order. This is because there could be miscellaneous charges that have not yet been posted.
If PCC is not installed, and the interfaces from PCC to IM(PCIMI) and IM to PCC(IMPCI) are not activated, and I33=N, an MO can be closed in one transaction by entering the MO#, Item#, qty complete, warehouse, UOM, and C. Access interfaces CAS/3/9/XC. Set PCIMI and IMPCI = 0 to turn off interfaces.
