The License key generator writes to the web.config file in MV2/MES which causes the site to reset. Users should be logged off of MV2/MES or not performing transactions when renewing the license keys.

Help Desk will send an email requesting a time 1 to 2 weeks prior to your license keys expiration date. We maintain a database with your license key expiration.
