Problem:

DC020I 43100 PSTRUCLS attempts to write duplicate record when running Refresh ALL function

Solution:

IF XA is EPDM delete the PSTRUCL3 file in AMFLIBx. PSTRUCL3 is not used by XA EPDM.

This is the solution for all versions of XA with EPDM. Do Not Delete PSTRUCL3 if XA is PDM.
